I was so excited to learn about Keysocks that the company sent me complimentary product to review. So, yes, this is a disclaimer because, legally, I have to tell you that I received product and that the receipt of such didn’t affect my honest opinion which follows below. But, read on because, trust me, Keysocks are a game changer.

Sometimes I hear about a product that is so fantastic, I can’t wait to share it with you. In the virtual pages of EverBeautiful.com, I’ve shared news about scarves with hidden pockets that free you from having to carry a wallet or handbag, an at home TENS machine that energizes your feet and legs and a nifty new powder foundation that melts into your skin and makes it look luminous. Oh wait, look for the latter in an upcoming post, just in time for Fall. But today, I’m writing about knee socks that give you the look of bare feet under shoes. They’re called Keysocks and I wish I’d invented them.

“Wait a second,” you may be thinking, “exactly how do Keysocks work?” (At least that’s what I was thinking when I first heard about them.)

Keysocks, for the Look of Bare!

Keysocks are knee socks with a cutout at the front of the foot so that, under pants, they don’t show. They’re NO SHOW SOCKS! I know. Brilliant!

I mean, it’s perfectly fine to wear socks with flats but, the sockless trend is still strong, especially with flats. I see it all over New York City, even on the coldest or wettest days. Women are walking around sockless in Louboutins, Chanels and other expensive shoe brands. They run the risk of blisters, sore feet and, to be blunt, stinky shoes. (There is NO WAY I’m wearing a pair of expensive shoes with no socks. Not going to happen. I want my shoes – and my feet – to last. Just last week, I was with a friend on a rainy day. She was sockless in flats and complained about her wet feet that were being rubbed by her shoes and causing blisters. I asked her why she didn’t just wear socks and she said, “I don’t like they way they look with these shoes.” Too bad I didn’t know about Keysocks then. I could have saved her wet and blistered feet and of course, she could have preserved her “look” too.

Keysocks Give the Appearance of Going Sockless. Love!

Keysocks are comfortable. I wore them all day. They didn’t roll or fall down my leg. They didn’t pinch and the foot part didn’t slip off. I love these things! I told my daughter about them. She’s a fashionista in her own right, loves the look of sockless feet in shoes and was excited when I showed her my Keysocks. (I’m going to buy both of my daughters a few pairs of Keysocks and they’ll be on my holiday gift list as well.)

Keysocks in Black, Lucy Green and Brown

Keysocks come in a variety of colors and in original and light textures. I’ll explain. Original Keysocks are made from a moisture-wicking blend of polyester and Lycra spandex.  They are designed to keep moisture away from your skin to allow it to dry fast and “breathe” efficiently. They are perfect for colder weather or when you need a little warmth if, say, you have a cold office. There is also a “light” version of Keysocks. To explain these, I’m going to quote from the company’s website because otherwise it sounds crazy. Light Keysocks are “made from a revolutionary, patented process that converts coffee residue into an eco-friendly, sumptuously light fiber. Our Light socks provide a knee-high experience that you can enjoy in the spring or summer. Our Light Keysocks also serve as great padding for a heel or flat that is a little big, or needs time to break in.” Coffee residue and eco-friendly? I’m gushing, I know – but, you must admit these Keysocks are fabulous!  One more thing, they’re also available in a wide width.

So dare to bare – or at least look as if you are with Keysocks!

Here are the deets: Keysocks are $14.00 a pair for both the Original and Light socks in regular and wide widths. They are also available in mix and match bundles of three or four because once you have one pair you’re going to want more. They come in Black, Nude, Brown, Lucy Green (a mint green) and Rose Quartz and in girls’ sizes too. Girls’ Keysocks are $12.00 a pair and are available in Turquoise and a cute Red and Black Stripe.

Breaking News! Keysocks will be launching an athletic sock for Fall 2016! I’m so in! What a great replacement for my little pedi socks that invariably fall off my feet and bunch up at the bottom of my shoe when I’m on the treadmill or walking outdoors. Can’t wait for these.

I know you want to get started on ordering a few pairs of Keysocks for yourself, family members or friends. Shop on their website: http://www.keysocks.com
