Think of the red carpet – any red carpet. When asked, “Who are you wearing,” the famous person being interviewed will often say “Spanx” in addition to the name of the designer of her duds. Well now, Spanx introduces Spanx for Men. That’s right. Spanx, the ubiquitous undergarment that tames women’s bumps and bulges – and does it quite comfortably, thank you – is expanding to include a men’s line.
Launched earlier today, Spanx for Men consists of three styles of cotton compression undershirts that, according to the company’s website, “will forever change the way your favorite man looks and feels in his clothes.” Prices are $55. for the tank and $58. for either the crew or v-neck tee. The undergarments, which promise to banish belly bulge and smooth love handles, are currently available for pre-order at spanx.com and will be in stores on March 15.
