The long-awaited date has finally been announced … Target is scheduled to open in Manhattan’s East Harlem on Sunday, July 25th. Located in the East River Plaza, just off the FDR Drive between 116th and 119th Streets, this Target mega-store is accessible by car and the Number 6 train, which has been fully tricked out in Target advertising to herald the event. Target will join neighbors Costco, Best Buy, Marshall’s among others.
