It’s All About Your Manicure
Nails, nails, nails – it’s all about the nails. There’s no disputing that manicured fingernails are today’s must-have accessory. (Did you see the manicam on this past awards season’s red carpets? Fingernails were as much in focus as were the dresses, shoes and handbags.)
You can choose to spend a small fortune having your fingernails pampered and painted in a salon or you can do it yourself, as Victoria Riess has chosen to do in this video. (Regular readers of EverBeautiful.com will know that Victoria Riess, a television producer, is my daughter. She recently started her own YouTube channel called ASOP (As Seen on Pinterest) where she replicates DIY projects she finds on Pinterest. Hence, the name. Clever, huh?) Tori, admittedly, has varying degrees of success – but her attempts are always funny.
Here, in keeping with the current emphasis on our fingertips, she tries a DIY manicure. Watch and enjoy. (And get the little ones out of the room. Tori has a way with words, adult words.)
